Refund Policy

Return Policy GLOCEN.

1. We are happy to refund and accept return for the product(s) purchased from Glocen INDIA online store within 7 days from the date of original purchase, provided they are unused/unwashed, and in the original selling condition, accompanied with original bill, Intact with original tags, credit/debit card used and its payment slip. The refunds can take up to 14 days to process. If you don't receive your refund within this time, please contact your bank.

2. Refund can be done only from the online store from where the product has been purchased.

3. INCORRECT ORDER FULFILMENT
Should you recieve an incorrect order, damaged item or item with missing parts, please reach out to us within
24-48 hours of receiving the product.
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order for us to process this.
Please include the following information:

a. Order number
b. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
c. Complete delivery address
d. Your contact number

4. Customers shall not be entitled for return & refund of the following products:

. Innerwear
. Swimwear
. Socks
• Mask
• Baby wear

• Accessories

• Room Shoes

. Any other packaged/bundled product

. Customer requested altered products.

. Products without the original price tags.

5. Fees paid for alteration services are non- refundable.

6. Glocen INDIA reserves the right to change this policy from time to time without prior intimation to the Customers. Prior transactions between the Customer and Glocen INDIA shall continue to be governed by policy existing at the time of the original transaction.
